Wildernook Summer Camps are wrapped up for 2024! We had 9 weeks of camp; 1 PunchBuggy Camp, 2 Nature Creatives, 2 Outdoor Skills Camps, and 5 weeks of Summatime Playventures camps. Overall, 175 kids attended our summer camps in 2024.

Who’s ready for a Punch Buggy Party!?
We are looking for new owners and operators to continue and build on Wildernook's vibrant outdoor and nature programming foundation. Please contact claire@wildernook.com to discuss.
This half day camp utilizes a super fun children’s pedal bus as the mode of active transportation to access vibrant play and learning sites along Saskatoon’s scenic riverbank.
Punch Buggy Campers will burn energy and develop social and leadership skills alongside outdoor-loving peers. We welcome curiosity, enthusiasm, and playfulness and coach participants to resolve age appropriate problems as they arise.
Notes:
1:00 - 3:45 p.m. (Note: the wording on the drop down menu is confusing. Each day starts at 1:00 p.m.)
Ages 4 - 12 (we have a range of seat heights on the bus)
Pick-up and drop off locations:
Tues: Victoria Park (community garden across from Fable Ice Cream)
Weds: Kinsmen Park (behind concession stand)
Thurs: Victoria Park (community garden across from Fable Ice Cream)
Requirements: Our day camps are outdoor programs that will proceed in nearly all types of weather. We do have the option to access indoor spaces in the event of smoke, extreme heat or thunderstorm. To ensure your child has the best possible experience, outdoor clothing that can get dirty including sun protection, raingear, and a change of clothes. Suggestions for types of clothing and layering will be provided within a parent information package.
Cost:
$60.00 - includes Punch Buggy ball cap keepsake. High quality turquoise hat made by local Hazenvade hat company.
$50.00 - 1/2 day camp only (no hat, ideal for families purchasing consecutive days).
This price includes access to the group outdoor gear we will be using and excellent supervision, education and mentorship from experienced outdoor educators.
Full registration requires our receipt of payment, health information and completed waiver forms. We are open to having children with additional needs, however, facilitators require advance notice of each participant’s health information in order to prepare for the session. Families who do not disclose pertinent health and learning considerations (e.g illness requiring additional care, life threatening allergies, and significant learning disabilities, etc.) before the program start date will not be permitted to participate and no refund will be provided.
